The asteroids of the Kalevala led me to explore the Kalevala, ancient Finnish poetry and mythology in a new way. Finnish astronomers Yrjö Väisälä and Liisi Oterma named the asteroids they discovered between 1936 and 1942 after the characters of the Kalevala.
For the first time, I ”discovered” 14 asteroids named after the Kalevala in the spring of 2024. Later, in 2025, I also became aware of the asteroid Ilmatar, which a German astronomer had discovered as early as 1894.
Is the rising of Kalevala about the codes of poetry and celestial bodies that are now opening to us…?
All of this is deeply connected to the energetic multidimensional transformation of the Earth and humanity, which astrological research also provides its own perspective. It is a question of opening the Kalevala, so to speak, to the unfolding of esoteric and hermetic knowledge in our time.
When I included the asteroids of the Kalevala in my astrological interpretations – together with the traditional planets and the galactic alignments of the fixed stars – it felt as if a new gate had opened. This door leads to a mythical, cyclical, and quantum view that I am now exploring ever deeper and more extensively.
I am currently building an online course on quantum astrology around the Kalevala, which is due to be completed by autumn 2025. The name, shape and structure are still alive, but the essence is clear.
